Job Description:

• MEP estimates: These estimates include HVAC, sheet metal, ductwork, process piping, pipe insulation, etc.
• Construction takeoff
• Bidding, design estimate, budget planning, quality control of bids, and procurement.
• Review Sub con’s monthly payment and invoice based on construction progress
• Review sub contractor’s down time during construction and check cost impact
• Survey price trend for materials and labors (unit price) for developing data base
• Bid/ Quotation review based on construction takeoff
• Review design change in terms of cost impact (Quotation review for subcontract’s change order)
• Survey local construction market trend in terms of material/labor cost

Qualifications:

• Specialized software like Bluebeam, PlanSwift, FastWRAP, FastDuct, FastPIPIE, and Trimble to provide cost estimates.
• Knowledge of Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks preferred
• Understanding about overall Mechanical work on site

Pay: $120,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
